TERMS and CONDITIONS.

 

The terms and conditions, for renting out Anugraha Home, located  at Ground and  second floors of building No. 11, Prakruthi Layout, are as given below.

 

The above houses are given on daily rent, at a nominal rate, for a limited period, monthly rent for few months and yearly rent for 11 months to meet the urgent accommodation needs of visiting family / group of people. Both the houses are 3BHK with double beds and attached toilets to accommodate up to  8 people. However, facilities to  accommodate additional people (maximum up to 12) can be arranged.

 

The occupants shall keep the house in good and tenantable condition and hand over the same to the owner in the same condition as given at the time of occupation. Repair / replacement / painting charges will be levied from the occupants for the damages / defacing of building, fixers and furniture.

 

A copy of the address and identity proof of head / leader of the family / group is to be submitted at the time of occupation. The conduct and the behavior of members of the family / group, during their stay in the house, is the responsibility of the head / leader of the family / group. Further, he should ensure that the house is not used for any offensive trade, unlawful activities and  stocking of any objectionable goods or materials, prohibited under law, by any of the occupants.

 

The rent and allied charges (if any), after adjusting the advance amount, are to be settled before leaving the house.

 

Safe keeping of Keys. Keys of the house are to be kept safely with the occupants or deposited with the owner when leaving the house. An amount of Rs. 7,000/- will be charged for loss of keys, to replace the locking system.

 

The owner is not responsible for loss of any personal valuables of the occupants, during their stay in the house.
